Pay-as-you-go.

This is an accumulation based model in which a base rate covers the first 4 inches of snow. Every 4 inch increment of snow that accumulates after that adds an additional 40%. For example, if your base rate is $100, that is what you will be charged for a snowfall up to 4 inches- if the total accumulation is 9 inches, then the total cost would be $180 - if it’s 14 inches, then it’s $220 - see chart. Seasonal Prepaid Package.

The prepaid model adds 40-50% to your base rate, depending on the property layout. You can purchase 6, 9, or 12 snowfall events up-front and your rate does not increase in the event of a snowstorm. The more you purchase, the lower your overall rate will be. This also includes the option for 1 or 2 “dusting” events at a reduced-rate, to use when the total snowfall accumulation is less than 1 inch. The prepaid rate from the example above would be around $145 - so instead of paying over $200 for a 15 inch snowstorm, you only pay $145, and that rate never changes.
