This is an accumulation based model where a base rate which covers the first 6 inches of snow. Every 4 inch increment of snow that accumulates after that adds an additional 40%. For example, if your base rate is $100, that is what you will be charged for a snowfall up to 6 inches- if the total accumlation is more like 13 inches, then the total cost would be $180 - see chart below.

The prepaid model adds 40-50% to your base rate, depending on the property layout. You pay for 6 snowfall events up front and your rate does not increase in the event of a snowstorm. This also includes the option for 1 or 2 “dusting” events at a reduced-rate to use when the total snowfall accumulation is less than 1 inch.
